Smarsket is a planning and information tool. It helps you plan a weekly grocery basket, get meal ideas and produce a shopping list. It does not sell groceries and does not complete purchases for you. By using Smarsket you agree to these terms.

Prices, products, pack sizes, promotions and availability change frequently and vary by store and location. Figures shown in Smarsket are a guide based on information collected at an earlier date, and may be out of date or incorrect. Always check the current price and product details with the retailer before you buy.

Smarsket is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ALDI, Coles, Woolworths or any other retailer or delivery service, unless expressly stated. Retailer names are used only to identify where products are sold.

Protein, energy and other nutrition figures are estimates based on typical products and assumed pack sizes. They are not a substitute for the nutrition information panel on the product you actually buy.

Dietary selections (such as gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegetarian or pescatarian) are an assistance feature only. They may be incomplete or wrong, and products and formulations change. Do not rely on Smarsket for allergies, intolerances or medical dietary requirements — always read the label and allergen information on the actual product.

Smarsket does not provide medical, nutritional or dietetic advice. Speak to a qualified health professional about your individual needs.

Meal ideas and receipt extraction are produced with AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Use your own judgement, particularly for food safety, cooking methods, allergens and ingredients, and check extracted receipt details before relying on them.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must not misuse the service — including attempting to access other people's data, interfering with security, scraping, or sending automated or excessive requests.

Some features have fair-use limits (for example a monthly number of receipt scans). These limits, and the features themselves, may change. Paid features may be introduced in future.

Smarsket links to third-party retailer and delivery websites and uses third-party providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing or practices.

Smarsket is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Apart from those rights, Smarsket is provided on an "as is" basis and you remain responsible for your own purchasing decisions.
